Octave Cat: Another Computer Music 10 out of 10!

Cherry Audio received a sixth 10/10 rating from Computer Music, this time for the Octave Cat synthesizer, praising it as “truly superb,” (link to MusicRadar 5-star review) and citing both its accuracy and modern utility: “It’s true to the character and concept of the original, while extending its operational quota by some margin.” Octave Cat also received Editor’s Choice and the Value Award in the November 2023 issue of the magazine on newsstands now.

This rating follows Computer Music's reviews of GX-80 -- hailed as "the most impressive visual and sonic spectacle available in software" in December, 2022, and their other 10 out of 10 ratings for Mercury-6 (May 2023), Elka-X (November 2022), Sines (December 2022), and Miniverse (September 2022).
