Sound designer James Dyson has his own featured collection in Mercury-8 and several videos showing how far he can take a single preset.
In the first (above), he performs his Mercury-8 preset "Eclipse" on a Novation SL 61 Mk2, just one of the extraordinary 100 presets included with his "James Dyson Collection."
"Mercury Sunset Riders" was also composed with just handful of those presets, all played live and multitrack recorded.
He recently hosted a livestream on his YouTube channel lasting over two hours, showcasing his presets, sound design, and live performance.
